Overview

The TDL Series captures our 35+ years of global experience in the development of customized courses, programs, and assessments. Built in direct response to client demand, it brings together the most valuable insights, proven best practices, and actual ideas contributed by thousands of participants worldwide. This series reflects the collective intelligence and real-world learning gathered across decades of application.

Purpose

Development

Courses in this series were strategically selected and developed based on three key resources:

  • Research. Focus groups, literature reviews, and feedback gathered during training workshops in the content areas listed above.
  • Experience. 35+ years of experience developing and facilitating more than 300 customized courses, as well as building and managing a learning and development consulting practice.
  • Mentorship. Early guidance from Ford Motor Company and General Electric, followed by collaboration with hundreds of business clients across diverse industries.
