Refund Policy

14-day refund

If you are not satisfied with an online course or assessment, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the full purchase price.

Who qualifies

Refunds are available if you have not yet completed the course, or, for an assessment, have not yet completed the questionnaire and received your Personalized Report.

Team purchases

If you bought enrollments for several people, any enrollments that have not been used can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.

How to request a refund

Email maureen@inresourcesinc.com with the email address you used to purchase and the name of the course or assessment. Refunds are returned to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Customized programs, coaching, and conferences

Customized training programs, coaching, and conference engagements are covered by the terms of your agreement with InResources.
