We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiries, deliver training programs, process course purchases, create your My Desk Coach™ learning account, and communicate about your enrollment. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Course purchases and payment
Legacy Series course purchases are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. InResources does not store your credit card number, expiration date, or security code. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information.
My Desk Coach™ accounts
When you purchase a course or are enrolled through a team training program, we create an account for you on My Desk Coach™, our learning platform. Your name and email address are shared with My Desk Coach™ for this purpose. My Desk Coach™ is operated by In Resources and your data remains under our control.
Data retention
We retain your contact information and enrollment records for as long as necessary to deliver our services and meet our legal obligations. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.
Your rights
