Maureen Bertolo, BSB, M.Ed, CPC
Founder of In Resources, Facilitator, Course Designer and Coach
Maureen is the founder of In Resources, a globally recognized leader in cultural transformation and workforce development since 1986. She is the author of Bringing Out the Best in Yourself and Others and has designed more than 300 customized training courses and programs across industries including education, healthcare, government, finance, manufacturing, and technology.
She has developed a suite of self-awareness assessments, including Trust Factors, The Evolving Leader, Connecting Through Communication Styles, and the Team Dynamics Profile, as well as the My Desk Coach™ Legacy Series™ launched in 2024.
Throughout her career, Maureen has supported more than one million clients worldwide achieve their vision for success.
Maureen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and a Master’s degree in Education with a concentration in Management. She is also a Master Level Trainer and holds a PeerSpective Conferences certificate.
Zach DeBoard, BS, CPIM
Advisory Board Member and Facilitator
Zach is a supply chain leader with experience in global material planning, sales and operations planning, and manufacturing operations within the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. He specializes in aligning cross-functional teams and driving execution against key business priorities. His leadership approach is grounded in accountability, clarity, and collaboration, with a focus on enabling teams to deliver consistent, high-impact results.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Immunology and is Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM).
Stephen Lichtenwalner, MA, CSSBB
Advisory Board Member and Facilitator
Stephen is a transformation-focused leader who uses influence and example to turn strategy into disciplined, measurable execution. He champions the development of high-performing, cross-functional coalitions; coaching leaders at all levels to manage interdependencies, risks, and change across global enterprises. He is passionate about fostering fellowship and accountability, affirming that those closest to the work own decisions and results in line with the principle of subsidiarity.
Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Biological Sciences and a Master of Arts in Bioethics. He is also a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB).
Karley Snell, BA, ACC
Advisory Board Member, Coach and Facilitator
Karley helps leaders and teams perform at a high level without relying on constant pressure or overdrive. As a Life & Leadership Coach, corporate facilitator, and Learning & Development partner, she brings over a decade of experience designing and delivering programs that strengthen communication, decision-making, and leadership presence.
She is the creator of the CALM Life Alignment Method™, a body-first framework that supports individuals and teams in shifting from stress-driven performance to clear, grounded, and intentional action. Through her work, Karley empowers clients to lead with clarity, resilience, and sustainable impact.
Karley holds a BA in Broadcasting Communications from Florida State University. She is also an International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and Yoga Therapist.
