After completing the assessment, you will be able to:
- Describe your Communication Style Archetype, its strengths, value, impacts on others, challenges, and influences on workplace effectiveness.
- Apply insights from your Personalized Report to leverage your communication style, bridge differences, and develop strategies for creating more effective interactions and successful outcomes.
- Develop a Balanced Style Profile to turn assessment insights into real-world behavioral change.
As part of your assessment experience, you will complete:
- The Connecting Through Communication Styles Assessment Questionnaire and review your personalized 50-page Report.
- Self-Reflection Exercises: (1) Report Debrief and (2) Developing a Balanced Style Profile.
